OUR IMPACT
Situated in the lively Liberty Village in Toronto, Ontario, this project is designed to complement two existing historical buildings on the site. The development also includes several interior and exterior courtyard spaces, providing occupants with great outdoor landscaped environments. Vortex Fire served as the building code consultant for 99 Atlantic Avenue, providing an assessment of the existing mass timber building and integration of the new office addition.
