99 Atlantic Avenue

Located in the vibrant Liberty Village in Toronto, Ontario, the project is designed to complement two existing historical buildings on the site.  The development also includes several interior and exterior courtyard spaces, providing the occupants of the complex with great outdoor landscaped environments.  As the building code consultant for the 99 Atlantic Avenue, Vortex Fire provided an assessment of the existing mass timber building and integration of the new office addition.
