Artscape Launchpad

The Artscape Launchpad is a first of a kind, 30,000 square feet, innovative hub in Toronto, Ontario, which consists of works shops, recording studios, media rooms, meeting space, classrooms, office and assembly space. Vortex Fire was the building code consultant for the project and worked with the design team to address fuel content (for workshop spaces), combustible dusts, flammable liquids, building code compliance, and accessibility.
