The Bergen Gardens development is a six-storey, mass timber, senior living apartment building, which offers 149 assisted living suites in a variety of layouts including studio, one and two bedroom.
The building is located at 1475 Molson Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Vortex Fire served as the Building Code – Mass Timber consultant for this project.
