Delta Marriott Hotel

The new Delta Marriott Hotel is located in the heart of the Thunder Bay’s waterfront redevelopment at Prince Arthur’s Landing. It is Thunder Bay’s first, and only, 4-star hotel and represents the final phase of private-sector development as part of the waterfront’s long-term revitalization. The 8-storey hotel provides contemporary accommodations for tourists and business travellers alike. Vortex Fire Consulting was the building code consultant for the project.
