Dubai Creek Harbour (DCH) Master Plan

Dubai Creek Harbour (DCH) is a new masterplan developed by Emaar Properties in collaboration with Dubai Holding.  The development is situated on the banks of the Dubai Creek to the north, and adjacent to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary to the west. The project has a 5.6 million square meters footprint and is expected to have 48,500 residential units in total, and a population of approximately 175,000 residents. Vortex Fire was involved in preparing a site-wide fire strategy for the development.
