This project is an unique urban re‐generation scheme aimed at providing hotel and residential accommodation, commercial/retail spaces, car parking, public spaces and public amenities to support religious, social and commercial activities to Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and other visitors and local residents all year round. The development also included a link to the adjacent Haramain High Speed Railway Station.
