One Hundred Victoria

The new residential development will be located in the Innovation District of downtown Kitchener, Ontario and will consist of two residential towers, 17 and 21 storeys respectively, rising above a three-storey podium. The two towers will offer 276 residential suites and state-of-the-art amenities. Vortex Fire served as the building code consultant for the project.
