OUR IMPACT
The T3 Bayside project (Phase I) is set to become a landmark in the Downtown East Toronto neighborhood, offering an innovative and sustainable approach to office space. This eleven-storey mass timber office building will provide 251,000 square feet of contemporary workspace, slated for completion in early 2023.
The building's design includes retail space on the ground level, below-grade parking, and convenient access to public transportation, including a private shuttle service to Union Station. The floor assemblies will be constructed with Cross Laminated Timber panels (CLT), while the load-bearing beams and columns will be constructed with Glue Laminated Timber (Glulam). This choice of materials not only ensures structural integrity but also reflects a commitment to sustainability and eco-conscious construction practices.
