Tiara United Towers is a residential development of two 50-storey towers with the structural height of approixmatley 200 m. The twin towers will be located on Sheikh Zayed Road in close proximity to Business Bay Metro station.
The building was partially constructed under the old codes and when the project was revived it was required to comply with the new codes. This was challenging given that the codes had been significantly modified particulalry in respect to super-high-rise buildings. Vortex Firedeveloped a fire strategy that met the new code requirements and provided practical solutions in upgrading the existing design.
