OUR IMPACT
The new Toronto Regional Conservation Authority (TRCA) headquarters will be a four-storey mass timber building. It will serve as a learning center and incorporate strategies and technology for renewable energy, innovative wastewater management, and integration with the ravine landscape. Vortex Fire, as the building code consultant for the project, is providing services including OBC code compliance, CSA O86 assessment of structural fire resistance, and atrium smoke modeling.
