New steel factory in ICAD III Musaffah approximately 26,000 sqm in area. Vortex was engaged to provide a performance-based fire engineered to design to omit fire sprinkler protection and fire proofing of structural steel structure. This was one of the model projects in the application of performance-based design in the UA particularly in liaising with Authorities and other stakeholders.
