77 Wade Avenue

77 Wade Avenue, is an eight-storey mass timber building to be constructed in Toronto, Canada. The building will consist of seven-storey of commercial office space and roof top amenity space. Vortex Fire is the building code consultant and fire engineer for this project. This mass timber building required several alternative solutions to address building height, exposed timber, encapsulation, and attaining a building permit from City of Toronto.
