WORLD TRADE CENTRE (WTC)

The mixed-use development includes two malls, 92 storey residential tower (Burj Mohammed bin Rashid), 60 storey office tower and a hotel.
The first mall is a 3 storey souk and the second mall is 7 storeys shopping centre. All storeys are interconnected with a number of atria with a pedestrian bridge above a central providing connection between the two malls.
It also includes 6 levels of common basement parking. The Burj Mohammed bin Rashid is the tallest building in Abu Dhabi.
Vortex Fire have undertaken a gap analysis to assess the existing fire safety provisions and develop a retrospective fire strategy. In addition, Vortex Fire have supported the project team in numerous modifications and changes to the existing approved fire strategy.
