His project portfolio includes residential buildings, mixed-use developments, office buildings, hospitals, airports, aircraft hangars, automobile plants, warehouses, food industry facilities, and oil & gas plants. Kaushik has extensive knowledge of international and local codes and standards such as NFPA, IBC, NBC, SBC, and the UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice. He specializes in façade fire assessments, fire protection engineering, and building fire & life safety code consulting.
