T3 Bayside

T3 Bayside project (Phase I) will be an eleven-storey mass timber office building, which will be located in the Downtown East Toronto neighbourhood.  Phase I will bring 251,000 square feet of contemporary, innovative office space in early 2023.  The building will contain retail space at the ground level, along with below-grade parking, and easy access to public transportation, including a private shuttle to Union Station.  The floor assemblies will be constructed with Cross Laminated Timber panels (CLT); the load-bearing beams and columns will be constructed with Glue Laminated Timber (Glulam).

Vortex Fire is the building code consultant and fire safety engineer for the project.
