73 Broadway Avenue is a new 40 storey rental building, located in Toronto, Ontario. The building will contain two storeys below grade and 38 storeys above grade.
Vortex Fire acted as the building code consultant and reviewed the architectural design for compliance with accessibility, fire and life safety requirements. Vortex Fire also reviewed the existing building in compliance with OBC Part 11 to determine code implications applicable to the changes completed on the existing building including provision of new assembly space on roof terrace.
